Hi, I’m Gina, founder of The Wellness Space.
The Wellness Space was born from my deep passion for nervous system regulation and the profound importance of feeling calm, safe, and connected in our own bodies. After years of witnessing how disconnected and dysregulated so many of us feel, especially in times of stress, trauma or transition, I felt called to create a space that feels safe and supports real, embodied healing.​

My work is centred around nervous system healing and guided by the science of neuroplasticity, the understanding that our brains and bodies are capable of profound change. Through gentle, body based practices, we begin to rewire old thought patterns and survival responses, creating space for new ways of being that feel calm, connected and emotionally balanced.

I specialise in helping clients reconnect with their inner world through approaches such as Inner Child Healing, Nervous System Regulation and Focusing and clearing practices. My background in yoga and breath-work also enriches this process, offering practical tools to restore balance and resilience through the body’s innate wisdom.
