Therapeutic Coaching: Nervous System Regulation: Inner Child Healing
Hi, I’m Gina, founder of The Wellness Space. I support individuals who appear capable and composed on the outside, yet privately feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, or disconnected from themselves. Many of the people I work with have spent years trying to cope alone, pushing through stress, overthinking, people-pleasing, or repeating patterns they cannot seem to break.
My work is centred around something I believe deeply:
Lasting change happens when we work with the nervous system, not simply the mind. When the body still perceives threat, patterns such as anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or relationship difficulties often remain, no matter how much insight someone has.
Through a carefully integrated blend of therapeutic coaching, nervous system regulation, somatic practice, inner child healing, and practical behavioural tools, I help clients create meaningful and sustainable change from the inside out.

With over a decade of experience in wellbeing, somatic therapy, yoga, breath work, Focusing, Mental health (Level 5) and coaching, I offer a compassionate, grounded, and highly personalised approach. Blending modalities as and when appropriate.
