Hi, I’m Gina, founder of The Wellness Space.

Much of how we relate to ourselves and others is shaped in childhood, in the environments where we first learned what love, safety, and belonging felt like.

If emotional safety was inconsistent,
If your needs were minimised or overlooked,
If you grew up navigating tension, unpredictability, or carrying responsibility that was too heavy,

Your nervous system adapted.
You may have learned to over-function,
To anticipate others’ moods,
To suppress your own feelings,
To stay alert and self-reliant.

Those responses were essential then,
But in adulthood, they can show up as anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, relational struggles, or chronic exhaustion.
This is where Therapeutic Coaching, Nervous System Regulation, and Inner Child Healing come in.

Sessions are available online or in my private consultation space, providing a calm, confidential environment for you to focus fully on your healing journey.
