Gina specialises in holistic healing that bridges the gap between mental and physical wellbeing. Her journey began in 2010 when she discovered hot yoga, which quickly became a transformative practice in her life.
In 2012 she went to America and became a qualified hot yoga teacher, this opened the door to deeper studies in yin yoga, breath work, yoga therapy, and trauma-informed yoga. since then she completed her Hot Yoga Teacher Training for the second time.
As she continued on her own healing path, she felt called to go beyond the mat and began studying mental health, neuroscience, somatic practices, attachment theory, and inner child healing. She also trained as a Focusing Practitioner & mental health and wellbeing coach. Through all of this, she developed a strong passion for nervous system regulation, and realised that true healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. To regulate the nervous system, we must work with the whole self mind, body, and spirit.
Bringing together everything she studied and experienced, she created The Wellness Space, a place where people can explore healing in an integrated, supportive environment. Whether through movement, stillness, or deep emotional work,
Gina helps her students reconnect and to find balance in both body, mind and soul.
