The Wellness Space Is a place where nervous system meets somatic healing, much of what we do is online but if you are looking for yoga, meditation or brreathwork you can visit our wonderful brand new studio in torquay You’ll find us upstairs in the old River Island building. Just walk through the new coffee shop, we’re right at the back!
