About Your Facilitator
Gina Winter is a somatic practitioner and nervous system regulation coach with over 15 years’ experience in mind–body and wellbeing work. She brings together training in mental health and wellbeing coaching (Level 5), trauma informed practice, focusing (felt-sense work), inner child healing, breath work facilitation, and over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training.
Her work is grounded in the belief that real change happens not through insight alone, but through working directly with the nervous system through the body. She integrates somatic practice, emotional integration, and neuroscience informed understanding to support lasting shifts in stress patterns and responses. She supports her clients to feel more regulated, resourced, and empowered over time.
In this 8-week live programme, you’ll be guided through nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and emotional integration work to support release, integration, and resilience.
We also explore accessible neuroscience informed psycho education to help you understand your patterns and gently shift how your system responds.
This is a small, live group space using embodied, practical tools to help you feel more grounded, calm, and at home in yourself again.
