Meet Your Facilitator, Gina Winter
Gina is a somatic practitioner and nervous system reset coach with over 15 years’ experience in mind–body and wellbeing work. Her training includes Level 5 Mental Health and Wellbeing in the workplace, Coaching, trauma-informed practice, focusing (felt-sense work) breath work facilitation, and over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training.
Her work is grounded in the belief that lasting change happens through the body, not just the mind. By integrating somatic practice, emotional integration, and neuroscience-informed approaches, Gina helps clients shift long-held stress patterns and build a greater sense of calm, clarity and resilience.
With a background in sales and business development, Gina understands the pressures of high-performance environments where stress is often normalised and constant output is expected.
Gina believes burnout is not necaserily caused by working too many hours, but by the inability to truly switch off. When the mind stays at work long after the day ends, the body remains in a state of tension, leading to disconnection from ourselves and those around us. While a holiday may offer a short reset, lasting change comes from learning practical tools that support regulation and prevent burnout at its root.
Today, Gina works with organisations and teams across a range of industries, delivering wellbeing days and programmes that go beyond surface-level support. Her approach equips people with practical tools to regulate their nervous system, stay steady under pressure, and sustain high performance without burnout, creating healthier, more resilient workplaces.

With a background in sales and business development, I understand the pressures of high-performance environments and the constant drive to meet targets. It is a space where stress is often normalised and sustained output is expected. Over the past 10 years, I have immersed myself in neuroscience, nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, and inner child work. This training has transformed both how I work and how I live, bringing greater clarity, steadiness, and presence.
Today, I specialise in supporting professional women, business leaders, and sales professionals who want to perform at a high level without sacrificing their wellbeing. My focus is helping you regulate your internal state so you can stay calm under pressure, make clearer decisions, and sustain consistent performance without burnout.
